We Believe - Autumn preaching series

This Autumn, we will be looking together at the major landmarks of the Christian faith in our new 13-part preaching series, We Believe

The shape of the series will follow the Nicene Creed, a 1,700 year old statement which believers down through the ages and across the world have agreed contains the core beliefs of the Christian faith.

These are not just ideas or theories but mind-blowing, world-changing biblical realities which are to fill our minds, fire our hearts and move our hands to action.

These are things we are to believe and to live out with every fibre of our being.

We will begin by considering the creation of the world by God the Father, then spend four weeks looking at the person and work of the Lord Jesus Christ, four weeks looking at the Holy Spirit, who he is and what he does, before then teaching on the priority of the Church, the significance of baptism and communion and finishing up with the glorious hope of the resurrection of the dead.

Our hope and prayer is that we’ll finish the series with a clearer understanding and deeper set of convictions about our core Christian beliefs - who God is as Father, Son and Spirit and what he has done for us - and that this would lead us to worship him all the more.

Join us as we explore what We Believe.
