Each child has inherent value and worth as they are created in the image of God

At Grace Church, we want to create a fun, safe environment for our children to explore, experience and express God’s goodness. We are confident that God speaks today and can give truth and revelation to our children.

We believe that true flourishing comes from learning how to be rooted in Christ. Our kids’ teams count it a privilege to be a part of many journeys of faith!

Grace Kids during Covid-19

We are blessed to have over 100 children at Grace Church – around one third of our church family is under 10 years old!

During the current pandemic, our Grace Kids team have produced online resources to help your family worship at home.

Visit kids.gracechurchexeter.org to find video content, worship playlists, stories, activities, Bible apps, craft ideas and questions to help your children explore faith in Jesus.

Grace Kids Online

As of October 2020, we will be trialling a children’s worship gathering – Grace Kids Online – for three weeks. It will be a live-streamed 30 minute service punctuated by moments of worship, storytelling and around-the-table activities.

Partnering with parents

‘Good parenting lives at the intersection of a humble admission of personal powerlessness and a confident rest in the power and grace of God.’ Paul Tripp

We believe that parents carry the primary responsibility of raising their children to know Jesus, and at Grace Church, we want to help empower and equip parents for this wonderful but challenging task.

We run various parenting events throughout the year, so do check out our events page for more information.

Also check out our blog for ideas and resources for celebrating events in the Christian calendar (Easter, Christmas etc) and for family devotions and Bible studies.

Many of our Community Groups offer midweek support for parents of young children and attend various parent/ toddler groups across the city.

For more information, please contact Joel and Chloe Smith or Anna Giles, our Children and Families Coordinator.

All our children’s workers are DBS checked and we have a thorough Safeguarding policy which is implemented across all of our children’s activities.
