We’re really looking forward to going to Westpoint as a church family and now have 114 booked in! There is still time to join us either as a camper or as a non-camper or day visitor.
Book in online at http://www.commission-together.org/westpoint/where you will find more information about the event, the programme, prices and how to serve and save. Current serving opportunities are for stewards saving £100, festival team saving £50 and full time evening meetings children’s workers for 9-11s and 6-8s saving £100. You can opt for these too if you are already booked in and get a refund!
Note that the last date for booking in as a camper is 31stJuly.
If you need camping equipment there is currently a 5 man Vango Icarus tent available, or if you have spare camping that you are willing to lend to others. Contact email@example.com
Grace Church will have their own camping area all together which will include a marquee equipped with tea & coffee making facilities, a play area, table and chairs or benches for eating and meeting all together.
We will be providing an evening meal for everyone on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, The main part of the meals will be provided, free of charge, and we will be asking you to bring some accompaniments to share.

Arrival is from 10:00 – 22:00 on Thursday 23rd August 2018.
Departure is from 07:00 – 12:00 on Monday 27th August 2018.
There is something for everyone at Westpoint 2018 from excellent teaching and seminars, great worship times, fantastic children’s groups and activities to beekeeping and sushi, bible journalling and breakdancing, park runs and football and loads, loads more.
